How To: Activate Your NCGA Member Tee Time Login

NCGA members, we have heard your feedback and are upgrading our online tee-time booking experience at Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge! Starting May 1, NCGA members are required to create a new login credential to access member tee times online at Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make the transition to this new platform and make improvements to your NCGA member experience.

What You Need to Activate Your NCGA Member Login:

• GHIN Number – forgot your GHIN number? Look it up here
• First Name, Last Name
• Email Address where you receive NCGA handicap index updates.
  • Don’t have an email address on your NCGA handicap profile? Call your home club or NCGA Headquarters at 831-625-4653 so we can update your profile.

Note: GHIN Number, Last Name and Email address must match what is listed on your NCGA handicap index profile.

Step 1:

Visit memberarea.ncga.org in a web browser and click the green “Register” button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: 

Enter your first name, last name, email address, create a new password, confirm the password and enter your GHIN number. Once all fields are filled, click the blue “Register” button at the bottom of the screen.

Tip: Choose a safe and secure password that you will remember, it will be used to access NCGA member rates at Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge and additional NCGA member benefits.

Step 3:

That’s it! Once you see the “Thanks for registering!” notice with a green check mark, your NCGA member login is active. Click the blue “Sign In” button to proceed to the Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge NCGA member tee time booking page to complete your tee time reservation.

Why the change?

We are transitioning to this new technology to provide a seamless and easy to use online booking platform to improve the member experience and better serve our valued NCGA members. In addition to reserving online member tee times on the Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge websites, this secure members-only login will provide access to the members only area on the NCGA website where members can post scores, look up handicap indexes, get activation codes for exclusive benefits, and more. We are committed to expanding the offerings in the members-only area and will be adding future capabilities such as self-updates for contact information and email preferences. We will keep you informed via the bi-monthly NCGA newsletters as we add new features.
