Coming Soon: New Online Booking System, Tee Times By Phone Only April 26 – May 3
To our valued NCGA, Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge patrons,
Beginning Monday, April 26, your Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge golf courses will be transitioning from our current technology software to a vastly new, updated technology system. The purpose of this transfer is to improve our online booking system and other golf property operating systems for all of our golfers and guests.
As with any major transition of operating systems, there will likely be some short-term challenges and disruptions to our tee time booking system and other operating systems. Our current plan is that the online booking portal for both golf courses will be unavailable beginning at the close of business, 6pm on Monday April 26.
Reservations for the days of April 27 through May 3 will only be available through the golf shops, while the data transfers are being conducted.
It is expected that the new online booking system will be activated early the week of Monday, May 3 for both golf courses. Instructions for accessing the new system will be available on both golf course websites and the NCGA.org website as well.
Please also take note that customer service wait times may be longer than normal in all operating areas during the week of April 26 through May 3, while the new systems are being activated.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this transfer period, which once completed, we anticipate will result in a highly improved booking system for our NCGA members, Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge guests.
